Mentoring
LEARN
What is it good for?
Mentoring is longer-term support, and the relationship created between mentor and mentee is the cornerstone that creates lasting impact. It's a great choice for people in recovery from clinical depression who want to commit to a long-term transformational journey, with layers of accountability.
A mentor is usually someone who’s a few steps ahead of you on a similar path. They’ve been where you are, made the mistakes, and figured out what works. So when you work with a mentor, you’re essentially learning from their lived experience. It’s very practical and often focused on growth, strategy, and mindset in a specific area.
So in short:
Mentor = shares experience and guidance.
Coach = helps you find your own solutions and take action.
I offer Wellness Path Mentorship programs starting at minimum of two months with a weekly session (8 sessions total).
