I work with people who are ready for a different approach to their recovery from depression, an approach tailored to suit their needs and designed to gradually speed up their recovery.

When you don't know where to start and you can't see a positive future. But you know you can't give up - because you've been through too much to stop now.

When I was recovering from clinical depression, I needed someone who genuinely understood what I'd been through and who could gently guide me to create my new path to wellness.

What is it good for?

Coaching can be ideal for people in recovery from clinical depression or burnout because it is present focused, goal focused and encourages small, actionable steps. Most of all, it brings hope and the desire to get well.

Coaching aligns so well with people in the later stages of recovery from depression and anxiety. That's when you're out of crisis and just about functioning, but leaving the house is still difficult and having any hope is even harder. When it's hard to know where to turn or which direction to take, coaching compassionately offers you a clear path forward.

A coach's role is to help you uncover your own answers, to hold a safe space for you to be your whole self. It's amazing for helping you start from the beginning, to gently move past blocks, set small goals and stay on your new, positive path.
